Situado no Monte da Boa Vista, o Alojamento Local Montes de Charme está naturalmente enquadrado numa paisagem verdejante e rodeado pelas águas da albufeira da barragem do Rio Maranhão. Foi remodelado em 2021 e foram mantidas as traças arquitectónicas típicas da região. Conjugamos um estilo simples, de tons neutros, rústico mas com um toque de elegância. A propriedade é composta por uma casa principal com 2 quartos privados (Suites Twin com Vista Jardim), sala de estar, sala panorâmica, e WC Social. E uma casa com 4 suites privadas (Suites Twin Superior com Vista Jardim).
Nos espaços exteriores encontra recantos ideais, quer para os mais românticos, quer para os mais novos. Perfeitos para descansar, ler, usufruir da natureza, do silêncio ou do pôr-do-sol. A piscina de 10m x 5m (1,5m profundidade) está perfeitamente situada em frente da Albufeira. Existe também um jacuzzi idealmente situado por baixo de uma oliveira.
O Monte tem acesso direto às águas calmas e quentes da barragem, cuja temperatura chega aos 28ºC no verão, e onde pode realizar atividades de lazer e desportivas -canoagem, kayaks, stand up paddle, barcos a remos - além disso dispomos de bicicletas (tudo incluido no preço do alojamento).
À noite, a vila de Avis iluminada é cenário exclusivo do Alojamento.

Located in Monte da Boa Vista, the Montes de Charme guest house is naturally framed in a green landscape and surrounded by the waters of the dam of the Maranhão River. It was remodeled in 2021 and the typical features of the region have been maintained. We combine a simple style, with neutral tones, rustic but with a touch of elegance. The property consists of a main house with 2 private bedrooms (Twin Suites with Garden View), living room, panoramic room, and social WC. And a house with 4 private suites (Superior Twin Suites with Garden View).
In the outdoor spaces you will find ideal places, either for the most romantic or for the youngest. Perfect for resting, reading, enjoying nature, silence or the sunset. The 10m x 5m (1.5m depth) pool is perfectly situated in front of the Albufeira. There is also a jacuzzi ideally situated under an olive tree.
Montes de Charme has direct access to the calm and warm waters of the dam, whose temperature reaches 28ºC in summer, and where you can enjoy leisure and sports activities - canoeing, kayaks, stand up paddle, rowing boats - we also have bicycles (all included in the price of the accommodation)
At night, the illuminated village of Avis is the exclusive setting of the accommodation.
